About Homellya
Simplifying rental management, every day
Homellya is a French rental management platform designed to help landlords centralize, organize and stay in control of their rentals.
The project was born in 2025 from our real experience: landlords managing several apartments and reaching the limits of spreadsheets, shared folders and scattered tools.
Scheduling viewings, tracking a property’s profitability, issuing rent receipts, handling incidents, finding a document or arranging an electronic signature took too much time and increased the risk of omissions.
Homellya was first imagined to meet our own needs. We then decided to open the platform to other landlords to share our experience and offer them a simple, complete and accessible tool.
An observation from the field
Managing one or several rental homes involves many tasks:
preparing leases, inventories and other documents
getting documents signed by all parties
issuing and sending rent receipts
tracking rents, charges, security deposits and deadlines
analyzing property profitability
managing incidents, works and interventions

When this information is spread across spreadsheets, emails, cloud services and different apps, management quickly becomes time-consuming.
Solutions already available on the market can also be expensive, complex or limited. This is especially true for many electronic signature services, whose free offers often allow only a restricted number of signatures per month.
Homellya was designed to bring these uses together in a single platform.

Homellya aims to integrate electronic signature directly into management workflows to reduce the number of tools and make document approval easier for landlords and tenants.
Our goal is to provide a simple and consistent experience, from document preparation to signature and archiving.

Homellya is a service published by Melocha Web and developed in France by an independent team.
The platform is designed to meet rental management needs in France and is aligned with the French legal framework.
Data managed directly by Homellya is hosted on servers located in France.
Only secure payment processing is handled by Stripe, a specialized independent provider located in the European Union.
