Electronic Signature Terms of Use

These terms define how electronic signature can be used on the Homellya platform.

1. Purpose

Homellya provides an electronic signature service for paperless signing of rental-management documents (leases, inspections, amendments and administrative documents).

2. Legal value

Electronic signature used through Homellya is recognized under the eIDAS regulation and applicable national rules of evidence.

3. Signature process

The process may include notification, document review, OTP authentication, consent confirmation, and signature capture.

4. Consent

Before signing, the signer confirms use of electronic signature and acknowledges these terms.

5. Traceability

Homellya stores data needed for the proof package: timestamps, IP address, workflow events and accepted terms version.
